Strong demand and continuing low numbers of available homes for sale has seen last years' housing market frenzy continue into 2022, with early-bird sellers benefitting from increased buyer competition and the number of buyers enquiring about homes even higher than the same time last year.

With the number of available homes for sale per estate agency branch dropping to a new record, low competition among buyers is almost double what it was this time last year. However with Spring fast approaching we're seeing more property choice on its way as clients start to make positive steps to putting their house on the market = more new homes becoming available in this area to buy very soon.
