Last week saw another interest rate rise from the Bank of England. Despite this our offices have seen a marked increase in enquiries and viewings being booked over this coming week which inevitably will lead to more sales – great news for our teams who continue to work as hard as ever to generate interest in our clients homes for sale and equally good news too for those who are thinking about coming onto the market and have been concerned about whether their property will sell or stay on the market unsold.
