We're looking for an experienced and organised Secretary/Administrator to support our busy sales team.  This is a wide ranging role where you will prepare valuation letters and other correspondence including final account invoices, deal with our new instructions coming to market - ordering photos and EPC's, creating brochures and uploading properties to the websites.  You'll also assist the sales team with answering the phone, deal with visitors to the office, communicate with clients and suppliers and be responsible for ordering stationery and office supplies, scanning and filing and lots more!

To succeed in this role you must have experience in a similar position and excellent IT skills (estate agency software/Reapit experience would be a distinct advantage), an eye for detail, a good knowledge of our local area of operation and the usual expectations of a small, professional company - be presentable, a confident communicator, reliable and hard-working.

Working hours can either be 4 full days Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (not school hours) or full-time Monday to Friday.
