Sales Negotiator in Wetherby

We're looking for a highly experienced Sales Negotiator to work as part of a small and dedicated team of property professionals and provide a 5 star service to our clients. Experience in sales and sales progression is absolutely essential and knowledge of general estate agency administration such as sales brochure production would be beneficial. Car owner also essential. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota.

Branch Administrator in Harrogate

We're looking for a super-friendly, super-efficient administrator to join our Harrogate office. We're ideally looking for someone who has already worked in a busy estate agency and knows the area well. TO JOIN OUR TEAM YOU MUST HAVE

- previous experience in a professional customer service/sales environment, ideally in estate agency

- strong customer service skills

- be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner

- self-motivated, able to work with little supervision and be a team player

- excellent organisation skills and attention to detail

- Microsoft Office skills and an ability to pick up new systems quickly including our Reapit property software if you've never used it
