The UK Housing Market Remains Open in Lockdown 3

-          62 new buyers registered looking for property to add to our already huge database of potential purchasers

-          4 Raby Park, Wetherby - £799,950 - 7 viewings arranged in less than 24 hours for our latest instruction, even before photos are available

-          12 Dragon Terrace, Harrogate - £189,950 – sold stc for over asking price with 10 best and final offers and 22 viewings since late December

-          Sunny Bank, Ripon – Offers over £395,000 - 18 viewings booked in less than a week!

The December Halifax Price Index revealed that house sale prices were 6% higher than in the same month last year and we can only see this trend continuing as we enter 2021 having already experienced tremendous demand from buyers looking for their perfect property, perhaps even one like yours.
