Beadnall Copley is delighted to announce the appointment of Will Butler as the new Branch Manager of its Harrogate office.

Will has lived in Yorkshire for most of his life and brings with him a deep understanding of the region and its property landscape. His career in residential agency spans a wide range of markets, including several years in London, where he gained valuable experience in a fast‑paced and highly competitive environment. More recently he has spent just under a decade working for a large national agency across North Yorkshire, further strengthening his knowledge of the local market and its diverse client base.

Throughout his career, Will has successfully overseen the sale of an extensive variety of homes — from modern city‑centre apartments to substantial country houses — giving him a comprehensive understanding of the needs of buyers and sellers across all sectors of the market.
